This Privacy Policy explains how Astryx ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Elevate mobile app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
Elevate has no accounts and no server that stores your personal content. The answers you give during setup, the quotes you write, your favorites, collections, history, and streaks are stored only on your device. The limited data we do process exists to deliver your subscription and notifications.
The following stays on your device (in the App's local storage) and is not transmitted to us:
Deleting the App removes this data from your device.
When you start a free trial or subscribe, the purchase is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription status. Through RevenueCat we may process a randomly generated app user identifier, your subscription/transaction status, and basic device and country information. We do not receive your name, email, or payment card details from Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
If you enable reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated on-device and are not sent through our servers.
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers above (Apple, RevenueCat) strictly to operate the App, or where required by law.
On-device data is kept until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. To request deletion of any subscription data associated with your app user identifier, contact us at the address below.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability, under the GDPR. Because most data never leaves your device, you can exercise many of these rights directly in the App. For anything held via RevenueCat, contact us and we will assist.
Elevate is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We rely on the security of your device's operating system and our service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
