These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Elevate mobile app ("the App"), provided by Astryx ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Elevate offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Elevate Premium") that unlocks the App's full features. The following terms apply:
Purchases are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
You agree not to misuse the App, including reverse-engineering it, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The App and its content (excluding quotes you write yourself) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Quotes you create remain yours and are stored on your device.
Elevate provides motivational and inspirational content for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
