Common questions
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Open the iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Elevate, where you can switch plans or cancel. You can also reach this from Profile → Subscription in the app.
- How does the free trial work? New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. It converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- I subscribed but Premium isn't showing. Tap Restore on the paywall or in Profile → Subscription, while signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
- How do I add the widget? Touch and hold your Home or Lock Screen, tap to add a widget, search for "Elevate," and choose a size.
- How do I change my reminders or quote style? Open Profile to edit your reminders, preferences, and wallpaper anytime.
